Human Sensing Timer
Digital Human Sensing Timer, is used as Automatic Timer for Electroplating
1. Setting Operation Time
Push SET Button Once
use UP and DN buttons to adjust the required value
2. Setting Buzzer Time
Push SET Button Twice
use UP and DN buttons to adjust the required value
Push ENT Button to save values, else all settings will be removed after Power OFF
Auto Operation Sequence Conditions
1. Timer will Start as soon the jig or bucket bring within the range of the sensor
2. During The Process if the sensor is ON or OFF there will be no effect
3. as soon the time of Operations set in Lower window achieved Hooter turn ON as
an indication to remove Jigs or Barrel.
4. Upper Display shows rdY than its ready for next operation/cycle
