Load Sensing Timer Barrel is also called as Automatic Timer for Barrel, is starts if material loaded barrel dipped in the tank chemical and rectifier passed through the plating job material if rectifier OFF or barrel is Empty than timer will stop. we may set the minimum load required to start the timer in the timer program.

Set Value of Load Sensing Timer
1. Setting Operation Time
Push SET Button Once
use UP and DN buttons to adjust the required value
2. Setting Buzzer Time
Push SET Button Twice
use UP and DN buttons to adjust the required value
3. Setting Minimum Load
Push SET Button Thrice
use UP and DN buttons to adjust the required value
Push ENT Button to save values, else all settings will be removed after Power OFF
Auto Operation Sequence Conditions
The timer will start if and only if the materials for electroplating loaded in the tank via Jigs
or in Barrel and current passes through the materials else will be in stop Condition.
2. During The Process if Current Breaks for any Reason Timer will Stop Immediately
3. as soon the time of Operations set in Lower window achieved Hooter turn ON as
an indication to remove Jigs or Barrel. And may HOOT until we unload the JOB.
4. Timer will be in sleep mode until we unload all jigs/barrel out 2nd cycle will not start
5. As soon we unload jigs to the required current level Timer will be Ready for Next Cycle
